221st Unit Citation
For the period of 1 Jul 1969 to 31 March 1970. The South East Asia Pictorial Center (SEAPC) and it’s supporting unit, the 221st Signal Company were recommended for and received a Meritorious Unit Commendation award. The award documents were gathered and submitted under the direction of LTC Warren R. Colville (above) of SEAPC.
