Special Plaque Honors Combat Photo Vietnam
G A Redding was assigned as the Public Information Officer to the Military Assistance Command Vietnam (MACV), operating in I Corps (My Lai to the DMZ) from Sep 1971 to Sep 1972. He continued his distinguished career in Army Photo and Public Affairs until his retirement as LTC in 1990.
Recently LTC Redding spearheaded a push to honor Combat Photo Vietnam at the National Museum of the US Army. The result is a Special Unit Plaque which honors all those who served in Combat Photo Vietnam.
